Antibacterial wipes can spread superbugs: study

LONDON (Reuters) – Disinfectant wipes routinely used in hospitals may actually spread drug-resistant bacteria rather than kill the dangerous infections, British researchers said on Tuesday.

While the wipes killed some bacteria, a study of two hospitals showed they did not get them all and could transfer the so-called superbugs to other surfaces, Gareth Williams, a microbiologist at Cardiff University, said.

The findings presented at the American Society of Microbiology’s General Meeting in Boston focused on bacteria that included methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus, or MRSA.

“What we have found is there is a high risk,” Williams, who led the study, said by telephone. “We need to give guidance to the staff on how to use the wipes because we found there is a possibility of cross transfer.”

MRSA infections can range from boils to more severe infections of the bloodstream, lungs and surgical sites. Most cases are associated with hospitals, nursing homes or other health care facilities.

The superbug can cause life-threatening and disfiguring infections and can often only be treated with expensive, intravenous antibiotics.

Experts have been saying for years that poor hospital practices spread dangerous bacteria, and yet many studies have shown that health care workers, including doctors and nurses, often fail to even wash their hands as directed.

The findings from a study of intensive care units at two Welsh hospitals suggest that even cleaning with antimicrobial wipes may not be enough depending on how staff use them.

The researchers found that many health care workers cleaned multiple surfaces near patients, such as bed rails, monitors and tables with a single wipe and risked sweeping the infections around rather than cleaning them up.

“We found that the most effective way to prevent the risk of MRSA spread in hospital wards is to ensure the wipe is used only once on one surface,” Williams said.

West Coast Winter Soldier: “Enough Is Enough, It’s Time to Get Out”

SEATTLE – Dozens of veterans from the U.S. occupation of Iraq converged in this west coast city over the weekend to share stories of atrocities being committed daily in Iraq, in a continuation of the “Winter Soldier” hearings held in Silver Spring, Maryland in March.

At the Seattle Town Hall, some 800 people gathered to hear the testimonies of veterans from Iraq. The event was sponsored by the Northwest Regional Iraq Veterans Against the War (IVAW), and endorsed by dozens of local and regional anti-war groups like Veterans for Peace and Students for a Democratic Society.

“I watched Iraqi Police bring in someone to interrogate,” Seth Manzel, a vehicle commander and machine gunner in the U.S. Army, told the audience. “There were four men on the prisoner…one was pummeling his kidneys with his fists, another was inserting a bottle up his rectum. It looked like a frat house gang-rape.”

Manzel joined the army after 9/11 for economic reasons — he’d just been laid off, and his wife had just had a baby. Manzel told another story of military medics he was with in Tal Afar who refused to treat an elderly man in their detention centre. Manzel described the old man as being jaundiced and lying on the ground, writhing in pain.

“The medics said the old man was just being lazy and they were not authorised to treat detainees,” Manzel said.

Jan Critchfield worked as an army journalist while attached to the 1st Cavalry in Baghdad during 2004. “I was with a unit that shot at a man and wife near a checkpoint,” Critchfield said, “She had been shot through her shinbone, and that was the first story I covered in Iraq.”

Critchfield told the audience that his unspoken job in Iraq was to “counter the liberal media bias” about the occupation.

“Our target audience was in the U.S., and the emphasis was reporting on humanitarian aid missions the military conducted,” Critchfield said. “I don’t know how many stories I reported on chicken drops (distributing frozen chickens in a community). I don’t know what else you can call that, other than propaganda. I would find the highest ranking person I could get, and quote them verbatim without fact checking anything they said.”

Other veterans told of lax rules of engagement that led to the slaughter of innocent civilians in Iraq.

“We were told we’d be deploying to Iraq and that we needed to get ready to have little kids and women shoot at us,” Sergio Kochergin, a former Marine who served two deployments in Iraq, told the audience. “It was an attempt to portray Iraqis as animals. We were supposed to do humanitarian work, but all we did was harass people, drive like crazy on the streets, pretending it was our city and we could do whatever we wanted to do.”

As the other veterans on the panel nodded in agreement, Kochergin continued, “We were constantly told everybody there wants to kill you, everybody wants to get you. In the military, we had racism within every rank and it was ridiculous. It seemed like a joke, but that joke turned into destroying peoples’ lives in Iraq.”

“I was in Husaiba with a sniper platoon right on the Syrian border and we would basically go out on the town and search for people to shoot,” Kochergin said. “The rules of engagement (ROE) got more lenient the longer we were there. So if anyone had a bag and a shovel, we were to shoot them. We were allowed to take our shots at anything that looked suspicious. And at that point in time, everything looked suspicious.”

Kochergin added, “Later on, we had no ROE at all. If you see something that doesn’t seem right, take them out.” He concluded by saying, “Enough is enough, it’s time to get out of there.”

Doug Connor was a first lieutenant in the army and worked as a surgical nurse in Iraq. While there he worked as part of a combat support unit, and said most of the patients he treated were Iraqi civilians.

“There were so many people that needed treatment we couldn’t take all of them,” he said. “When a bombing happened and 45 patients were brought to us, it was always Americans treated first, then Kurds, then the Arabs.”

Connor added quietly, “It got to the point where we started calling the Iraqi patients ‘range balls’ because, just like on the driving range (in golf), you don’t care about losing them.”

Channan Suarez Diaz was a navy hospital corpsman who returned from Iraq with a purple heart, among other medals. He served in Ramadi from September 2004 to February 2005 with a weapons company. He is now the Seattle Chapter president of IVAW.

“Our commanding officer wanted us to go through a route that another platoon did and was completely wiped out in an ambush,” Diaz explained. “We refused. They canceled that mission and we didn’t go. I don’t think these are isolated incidents. I think this is happening every day in Iraq. The military doesn’t want you to know about this, because it’s kind of like lighting a fire in a prairie.”

The first Winter Soldier event was organised in 1971 by Vietnam Veterans Against the War in response to a growing list of human rights violations occurring in Vietnam.

From Mar. 13-16, 2008, IVAW held a national conference titled “Winter Solider: Iraq and Afghanistan” outside Washington, DC. The four-day event brought together veterans from across the country to testify about their experiences in Iraq and Afghanistan.

Libby Links Cheney to Plame Leak

FBI documents obtained by a congressional committee indicate that Vice President Dick Cheney may have authorized his former deputy to leak the identity of covert CIA operative Valerie Plame Wilson.

In a June 3 letter sent to Attorney General Michael Mukasey, Rep. Henry Waxman, Democratic chairman of the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee, called on the Justice Department to release transcripts of interviews that Special Prosecutor Patrick Fitzgerald conducted with President George W. Bush and Cheney about the leak of Plame’s identity.

Waxman said the Justice Department has turned over to his committee redacted transcripts of interviews that federal investigators conducted with former White House political adviser Karl Rove and Cheney’s former chief of staff I. Lewis “Scooter” Libby.

According to those transcripts, Libby told federal investigators that Cheney may have told him to leak Plame’s association with the CIA to reporters, Waxman said in the letter to Mukasey.

“In his interview with the FBI, Mr. Libby stated that it was ‘possible’ that Vice President Cheney instructed him to disseminate information about Ambassador [Joseph] Wilson’s wife to the press. This is a significant revelation and, if true, a serious matter. It cannot be responsibly investigated without access to the Vice President’s FBI interview,” Waxman wrote.

Waxman’s office would not release copies of the Libby-Rove transcripts or describe the contents in any detail. Fitzgerald’s investigative interviews with Bush and Cheney — asking how much knowledge the President and Vice President had about the Plame leak — have not been disclosed.

The scandal revolves around actions taken in June and July of 2003 when Rove, Libby and other administration officials leaked information to reporters aimed at discrediting Ambassador Wilson, who had challenged the truthfulness of Bush’s pre-invasion claims that Iraq had purchased yellowcake uranium from Niger.

Durinng the investigation, it was revealed that Bush authorized portions of a classified National Intelligence Estimate about Iraq’s alleged WMD to be disseminated to select reporters as part of the anti-Wilson campaign. Cheney dispatched Libby on that mission.

However, it is still unknown whether Libby was authorized to pass on information about Plame’s work at the CIA or whether he did that on his own. Other administration officials, including Deputy Secretary of State Richard Armitage and Rove, also served as sources for journalists on Plame’s identity as a CIA officer.

Right-wing columnist Robert Novak blew Plame’s cover on July 14, 2003, in an article suggesting that Plame had helped arrange her husband’s trip to Africa as some kind of junket.

Wilson, a diplomat who had served in Iraq and Africa, was selected by the CIA’s non-proliferation office, where Plame worked, to travel to Niger in early 2002 to examine the Iraq-yellowcake allegations. Wilson returned to the United States and reported to CIA officials that the claims appeared to have no merit, a finding that matched with inquiries from other U.S. officials.

Nevertheless, in January 2003, seeking to dramatize the need for invading Iraq, President Bush cited the Niger claims in his State of the Union speech. That set the stage for Wilson to begin criticizing the misuse of this intelligence. Initially, Wilson avoided giving all the details about his role but finally went fully public in a New York Times op-ed on July 6, 2003.

That, in turn, prompted an intensified White House campaign against Wilson leading to Novak’s article. With Plame’s cover blown and her spy network endangered, the CIA sought a criminal investigation into the leak.

Knowing Nothing

As the probe got underway In September 2003, Bush professed to know nothing about the controversy and publicly called on anyone with information to step forward. At the time, however, he was withholding the fact that he had authorized declassification of some secrets about the Niger uranium issue and had ordered Cheney to arrange for those secrets to be given to reporters to undermine Wilson’s criticism.

In other words, though Bush knew a great deal about how the anti-Wilson scheme got started – since he was involved in starting it – he uttered misleading public statements to conceal the White House role. That was followed by denials of involvement from Rove and Libby – issued through then-White House press secretary Scott McClellan.

Fitzgerald indicted Libby in October 2005 on five counts of perjury and obstruction of justice. In October 2005, I first reported that Fitzgerald also was investigating whether Cheney played a role in the leak. I reported, too, that Bush and Cheney discussed Plame prior to the leak, undercutting Bush’s claims some three months later that he was unaware of nuances of the case.

In February 2007, during closing arguments at Libby’s trial, defense attorney Theodore Wells told jurors that the prosecutors had been attempting to build a case of conspiracy against the Vice President and Libby, and that the prosecutors believed Libby may have lied to federal investigators and to a grand jury to protect Cheney.

In his rebuttal, Fitzgerald told jurors:

“You know what? [Wells] said something here that we’re trying to put a cloud on the Vice President. We’ll talk straight. There is a cloud over the Vice President. He sent Libby off to [meet with former New York Times reporter] Judith Miller at the St. Regis Hotel. At that meeting – the two-hour meeting – the defendant talked about the wife [Plame]. We didn’t put that cloud there. That cloud remains because the defendant obstructed justice and lied about what happened.”

The jury convicted Libby of four counts, leading to a sentence of 30 months in jail. However, Bush commuted the sentence to eliminate jail time and left open the possibility that Libby might get a full pardon before Bush leaves office.

The way Bush handled Libby’s commutation removed the chief incentive for Libby to cooperate further with prosecutors (to avoid or reduce his jail time) and dangled a possible reward down the road if Libby remains in the administration’s good graces (a full pardon).

Now, according to the transcript cited by Rep. Waxman, it appears that Libby did tell prosecutors in an earlier interview that it was “possible” that Cheney did order him to leak Plame’s identity. Waxman is now pressing to learn what Cheney and Bush said in response to Fitzgerald’s questions about exactly what they did or did not order their subordinates to do.

U.S. responsible for 9/11? Swiss Scientists Doubt Bush Official Version

Two Swiss scientists, Professors Daniele Ganser and Albert A. Stahel of the University of Zurich, reported in the largest Swiss newspaper, “Blick”, have seriously questioned the “official Bush version” of what happened on 9/11 (see: – “Je mehr wir forschen, desto mehr zweifeln wir“.

Of course Scholars for 9/11 and many other rational, eminent and technically expert people also have profound scepticism about the Bush version. Indeed the “penny has dropped” for even the long-suffering American people aka “mushrooms” (kept in the dark and fed manure) – recent polls indicate that one third of Americans believe that the US Government was involved (e.g. see: “More than a third of the American public suspects that federal officials assisted in the 9/11 terrorist attacks or took no action to stop them so the United States could go to war in the Middle East, according to a new Scripps Howard/Ohio University poll“.

Professor Ganser: “3,000 humans were sacrificed for strategic interests. The more we explore, the more we doubt the Bush version. It is conceivable that the Bush government was responsible. Bush has lied so much already! And we already know that the US government planned an operation in 1962 that was approved by the Pentagon that would have sacrificed innocent US citizens for the government’s own interests …We only ask questions.”

To quote Professors Ganser and Stahel on their 3 hypotheses: “There are three theories, which we should treat equally:

1. “Surprise theory” – Bin Laden and Al Qaeda implemented the attacks.

2. “Let it happen on purpose” – The US Government knew the Al Qaeda plans and did not react in order to legitimize a series of wars.

3. “Made it happen on purpose” – The attacks were actually planned and orchestrated by the Pentagon and/or US secret services.”

How do these 3 hypotheses about the 9/11 atrocity stack up?

#1. A former top German Government Minister Von Buelow suggests US was involved in 9/11 (see: here) and a former Russian military and intelligence chief, former head of the Russian military General Ivashov suggests that Western interests were behind 9/11.

These highly-placed European experts rejected “the men in caves” hypothesis as utterly implausible because the 9/11 operation needed the resources of a major state intelligence operation operating within the US. The only real candidates are accordingly the CIA and Israeli Mossad.

#2. According to the New York Post quoting a 2007 poll, two thrids of Americans believe that the US Government was passively complicit in the 9/11 atrocity and that the Bush Government allowed 9/11 to happen (just as the US Government is now generally believed by most Japanese scholars to have known about the impending Pearl Harbor attack and deliberately allowed it to happen).

Even US Establishment figure Al Gore blames the Bush Administration for 9/11. Thus former Vice President Al Gore in his recent book “The Assault on Reason” (Chapter 6, National Insecurity, pp178-179), while dismissing the widely-held hypothesis of deliberate passive complicity of the Bush Administration in 9/11, condemns the Bush Administration for effective passive complicity in the 9/11 atrocity i.e. they let it happen, just as a fore-warned US Administration permitted the Pearl Harbor attack to happen in 1941:

“Their behaviour, in my opinion, was reckless, but the explanation for it lies in hubris, not in some bizarre conspiracy theory …These affirmative and repeated refusals to listen to clear warnings [prior to 9/11] constitute behaviour that goes beyond simple negligence. At a minimum, it represents a reckless disregard for the safety of the American people.”

#3. Former 7-year president of Italy, law professor, senator for life, Western “Gladio” terrorist group intimate and Western intelligence intimate Francesco Cossigo, in an interview with one of Italy’s top newspapers, Corriere della Sera, in November 2007, declared that the CIA and Israeli Mossad were responsible for 9/11; that they had done it to further US and Zionist interests; and that major Western intelligence agencies were aware of this (see MWC News).

Of course in relation to ALL three hypotheses, “Al Qaeda” and their Islamist Mujahadeen associates were funded, supported and backed by the US and its Saudi surrogates for a dozen years in the 1980s in Afghanistan and up to the middle 1990s in the Balkans (see: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Al-Qaeda ). Indeed, given the enormous strategic and political benefits to the American Empire and Apartheid Israel from Muslim-origin non-state terrorism it is highly likely that such terrorists are still variously supported by US or Israeli state terrorists throughout the world. Thus the Gladio terrorist organization with which Francesco Cossiga was linked performed terrorist outrages for which “state enemies” such as Communists would be held responsible. Indeed in Philip Agee’s “Inside the Company. CIA Diary” (Penguin, London, 1975) the author describes how his CIA colleagues ran a terrorist group in Ecuador in the 1970s who went around bombing Catholic Churches so that the Communists or Socialists would be blamed. Such state-sanctioned atrocities are clearly being conducted in a huge scale in Occupied Iraq (see “US, UK and Israel behind Iraq Mosque Bombing?” on MWC News).

On whom would you place greater weight? One of the most eminent Western European statesmen and former Italian president Francesco Cossiga? Top German and Russian intelligence intimates? The Scholars for 9/11 and other decent citizens attempting to address the 9/11 atrocity scientifically? Or the Bush Administration that told 935 lies about Iraq between 9/11 and the invasion of Iraq (as reported by conservative media).

In assessing the 3 hypotheses of Professors Ganser and Stahel one should also consider the “Means, Opportunity and Motive” – the intelligence services of the US and its surrogate Israel certainly had the technical Means; they had the Opportunity (through being there and through the well-documented and notoriously comprehensive “switching off” of US air and intelligence defences); and they had the Motive (the security of Israel as a violent, anti-Arab anti-Semitic, imperialist, colonialist , anti-peace, rogue state increased with the devastation and massive depopulation of Occupied Iraq in an ongoing Iraqi Genocide; Bush America expanded a huge US- or US-surrogate-occupied Empire stretching – with several gaps – from Occupied Somalia to Occupied Afghanistan and US-bombed Waziristan in Pakistan).

We are still awaiting a proper judicial investigation of who did 9/11 – with hypothesis #3 of direct US and Israeli involvement the most compelling on present evidence. While we still don’t know for sure who murdered 3,000 innocent Americans on 9/11 we do know who is responsible for the carnage of the Bush War on Terror (in horrible reality a War on Arab, Muslim, Asian and non-European Women and Children) – in the Occupied Iraqi and Afghan Territories alone post-invasion excess deaths total 2 million and 3-7 million, respectively; post-invasion under-5 infant deaths total 0.6 million and 2.3 million, respectively; and refugees total 4.5 million and 4 million, respectively (see MWC News).

However the domestic cost in the complicit Western Murdochracies is measured in money (e.g. the $3.5 trillion accrual cost to the US of the War on Terror that has “bankrupted” the US according to 2001 Economics Nobel Laureate Professor Joseph Stiglitz); the human cost of domestic excess deaths due to warped administration priorities (e.g. 160,000 under-5 year old American infants have died avoidably because of Bush war priorities); and immense civil rights and human rights abuses (the US Patriot Act and related Nazi-style “anti-Terrorism” laws in other Western Murdochracies).

What can Americans, Australians, Canadians, Britishers and indeed the citizens of other complicit Western Murdochracies do about do about the racist Zionist and Bush-ite trashing of our wealth, our health, our liberties, our institutions and our very reputations?

Jewish-American investor, philanthropist, and Holocaust survivor George Soros has demanded the “de-Nazification” of Bush America (see: MWC News). However America and the other Western Murdochracies must also remove the lying, traitorous, racist, anti-Arab anti-Semitic Zionists from their current domination of Western political life with their obscenely false “terror hysteria” (see MWC News) just as weight of considered public opinion has removed other racist, Nazi-style fanatics such as the Nazis, neo-Nazis and the KKK from Western public life.

The likelihood that the Zionists and Bush administeration were actually responsible for the execution of the 9/11 atrocity (3,000 deaths) in addition to their clear involvement in its horrendous aftermath (up to 9 million post-invasion violent and non-violent excess deaths in the Occupied Iraqi and Afghan Territories, the devastation of Muslim countries from Occupied Somalia to Waziristan in Pakistan and the moral and financial bankruptcy of America) should give added urgency to the need for scrupulously human rights-observant, judicial cleansing of the Western democracies from the lying, racist and traitorous Zionist and Bush terrorists and mass murderers.

Tin Hats, Truth, and Being Prepared for what will come

Is it just fear? Speculation gone amok? A science fiction scenario that is taking flight in the imaginations of the tin hat brigade with too much time on their hands, still living in their mother’s basements? No one knows for sure. But on the Internet and in quiet haunts across our nation many are saying that America is poised for THE false flag event.

Those talking have plenty to say. They claim that several previous events have been planned to happen and then called off because the administration was outed; this time, they say while firmly affixing their tin hats, that it may not happen. The stories are fascinating, reproduced here for your consideration. We live in strange times, times that have seen our nation move from surety and confidence to an abiding, and living in constant fear of those in control. Courts, known to be corrupt, steal and kill for profit, funneling money into their pockets through corporations listed on Dunn and Bradstreet; slowly Americans are beginning to realize, to their horror, that what they thought was a government is just another corporation out of Delaware. Today all counties and municipalities are incorporated; all look to the people as their source of income.

With shock, ordinary people read that they are listed as assets, dying to freedom at the same time they were born through the birth certificate their parents made out with love and pride. Many sites on line discuss the facts and provide the means for extracting yourself from that system. Generally these cost more than most people can afford. Americans are growing ever more uneasy and looking for solutions.

Americans watched the mortgage meltdown take place to be replaced, in the forefront of their minds, with the price of fuel; then, the specter of hunger arising from runaway inflation took their attention to be followed by the demise of the dollar. The unthinkable is coming from all directions. Speculations and theories that once seemed paranoid and irrational are suddenly less unthinkable.

Concern over the intentions of this administration has given rise to numerous scenarios, linking in the various known placements of troops, prison cars, and the interference with phone services, among many other questions. Tracking and falsification of banking transactions, the availability of food and fuel across the entire country; each of these gut issues are digging a chasm of fear miles deep.

Americans do not know what the future will bring. To understand that future they need to consider the past.

Even today most people do not know about the Gleiwitz incident. False Flag Events have been going on for a long time.

The Gleiwitz incident took place on 31 August 1939. It was carried out against the German radio station Sender Gleiwitz in Gleiwitz, Upper Silesia, Germany. A man, Franciszek Honiok, a German Silesian who sympathized with the Poles, was dressed to look like a saboteur. He was killed by lethal injection; his body shot, and then left dead at the scene. It appeared that he had been killed while attacking the station. His body became the proof the Hitler needed to invade Poland. This event was one of several, all orchestrated to provide that proof. Twenty one events took place during what was later called “Operation Himmler” . Hitler was later quoted as saying, “I will provide a propagandistic casus belli. Its credibility doesn’t matter. The victor will not be asked whether he told the truth.”

The Grandfather of George W. Bush was Prescott Bush, a US Senator who supported and through his financial interests, funded Nazi Germany. He attempted, in 1934, the take over of the US government through a military junta. U.S. Marine Corps Major General, Smedley Butler, the man who stopped the take over of America, said of those interests, “I spent 33 years and four months in active military service. During that period of time, I spent most of my time as a high class muscle man for Big Business, for Wall Street and the bankers. In short, I was a racketeer, a gangster for capitalism.” Smedley Butler wrote “War is a Racket,” where the quote above was printed, so you would know the truth. It is a book you should read today. Butler, a two time recipient of the Medal of Honor, died June 21, 1940 at the age of 58.

Those responsible for what is referred to as The Business Plot, were never held accountable for the treason they planned. The Bush family could well be trying to finish the work of previous generations. June 30 – July 2, 1934 was the date of the “Nazi Night of the Long Knives;” now Americans fear the patterns that grow ever more similar. Watch what happens through this long summer.

Martial law is war made on people by their own government. What was true in Nazi Germany could happen here.

“Military maneuvers” are planned for Texas City, Texas, Indianapolis, Indiana, and for the area between Seattle and Portland on the West Coast. An incident that would cause damage in these areas would work to lower the cost of finishing the installation of the ‘inland ports’ for what is variously called, the “Security and Prosperity Partnership” (Note that is seems to be an official government site), or the North American Union.

The missing nuclear weapons from last September are still unaccounted for. Those involved are mostly dead, something those who carry out orders should take to heart. Loads of DU have been imported from Saudi Arabia, to be dumped on previously clean land in Idaho. Lines of rail road cars that are reported to be built with shackles for human limbs, are said to be parked and waiting in Montana, Indiana and elsewhere across the country. Facilities for incarceration, reportedly six hundred separate facilities able to hold several million people, are in readiness, some recycled from a similar period during the Nixon Administration.

Americans have been told to expect to see ‘a training exercise’ in which motorists, truckers, and others will be stopped and searched randomly from June 3rd to 5th. Movement will be severely restricted, providing more control of the population at the beginning of summer. Those tin hats can be warm during the summer months.

And then we have all of those executive orders, Bush’s wish list for power. If Hitler had seen these he would have been struck dumb with admiration. (see the email below I got as I was working on this article.)

Those who note such things have commented that certain dates reoccur when such plans are in motion. The number 11, for instance, is often coupled with an odd numbered month. 9/11. Along with the number ‘11′ you often see the number 13, a number that evidently has some sort of significance to those involved in the esoteric and satanism. Strange, to those of us with more mainstream ideas. But as we all know, what people do is far more often true than is what they say. And most of us are not members of Skull and Bones or the CFR; we will not be attending the Bilderberg meeting this June 7, 2008 in Chantilly Virginia at the Westfields Marriott Hotel.

Across the country activists from the right, left, libertarian, conservative, and other movements, have reported problems with their bank accounts. Their phone service and their access to the Internet have also had unexpected problems. These are incidents that could be expected if those marked as ‘home-grown terrorists’ were to be taken into custody or killed, another scenario now widely discussed by those in tin hats. Some of this could be accounted for through the the double cashing of checks by banks. This happened to ensure their internal ‘float’ of cash on hand. As always, the public paid. That strategy kept banks from crashing last autumn when hundreds of thousands of Americans received notices that their bank balances were overdrawn.

Right now certain facts must occur to the socially aware and cautious citizen. Keeping your eyes open and staying aware and ready is like making sure your fire extinguisher is recharged. Fire happens.

Keep in mind that the present government went into power using voting machines that have been proven to be easily manipulated. The evidence, now overwhelming, points to the conclusion that all elections for the last decade having been stolen. If that is true then this follows.

Officials who went into office through fraud, could act legitimately. All actions taken while occupying the office, are illegal and they are personally liable for the full cost of those actions. Those who are noticed of these conditions, who are working under the authority of such officials, have an obligation to refuse to follow orders, which will necessarily be illegal. If they proceed to follow orders, having been noticed of the facts, they become themselves liable. Those precedents are grounded in our Constitution and from international law as well. If A, then B follows; The wary take note.

If those in power today are acting illegally, America is at war, a war that is real but undeclared. It is a war not against terrorists, but a war against Americans. That war is being prosecuted by those illegally holding power.

In that case, the government is the outlaw, and the people can rightfully and lawfully take action for themselves. As it said in the Declaration of Independence, “when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.”

Those guys in the tin hats have been busy online. I scrounged around today, looking for items to edify. Then, just like magic, I received an email, copied and send many times. It began, amazingly, with more information about Hitler, pointing out that Hitler also used Executive Orders. Hitler murdered his political enemies and effectively declared martial law in Germany through a series of Executive Orders. That is the Night of the Long Knives, and should be placed next to those bills on, ‘home-grown terrorism’ and considered very carefully.

The rest of the email went on to say, “”On July 3, 1934 Hitler declared, “The measures taken on June 30, July 1 and 2 to suppress treasonous assaults are legal as acts of self-defense by the State.” and retrospectively legalized the murders committed during the purge by passing the “Law Regarding Measures of State Self-Defense”

In his July 13, 1934 speech to the Reichstag, Hitler declared himself as “the supreme judge of the German people”, he formally adopted this title in April 1942, placing himself as sovereign and above the reach of the law. Here in the U.S. our government is granting itself similar sovereign powers and above the law, immune to prosecution for crimes committed against we the people.

Current U.S. Supreme Court Justice Anthony M. Kennedy claims “The states’ immunity from suit is a fundamental aspect of the sovereignty that the states enjoyed before the ratification of the Constitution (of the republic), and which they retain today.” Unable to point to any part of the Constitution which grants the State sovereign powers, Kennedy instead claimed that the “founders’ silence is most instructive”, claiming that because there is no granting of sovereign powers to the State in the Constitution, therefore it’s there. Kennedy stated “We reject any contention that substantive federal law by its own force necessarily overrides the sovereign immunity of the states.” His opinion was joined by Chief Justice William H. Rehnquist and Justices Sandra Day O’Connor, Antonin Scalia and Clarence Thomas. These are the same judges who placed George W. Bush on the throne after Bush lost the popular vote.

A retired German captain, Erwin Planck, commented to his friend, General Werner von Fritsch regarding Hitler’s actions “if you look on without lifting a finger, you will meet the same fate sooner or later.” In 1804, Samuel Chase, Supreme Court Justice and signer of the Declaration of Independence said “either we all hang together, or we most assuredly will all hang separately”.

Clearly this administration is desperate to declare Martial Law:

Hitler turned Germany into a Nazi dictatorship through executive orders = Evidently some U.S. Presidents Paid Attention:

* Executive Order 10995: All communications media are to be seized by the Federal Government. Radio, TV, newspapers, CB, Ham, telephones, and the Internet will be under federal control. Hence, the First Amendment will be suspended indefinitely.

* Executive Order 10997: All electrical power, fuels, and all minerals well be seized by the federal government.

* Executive Order 10998: All food resources, farms and farm equipment will be seized by the government. You will not be allowed to hoard food since this is regulated.

* Executive Order 10999: All modes of transportation will go into government control. Any vehicle can be seized.

* Executive Order 11000: All civilians can be used for work under federal supervision.

* Executive Order 11490: Establishes presidential control over all US citizens, businesses, and churches in time of “emergency.”

Executive Order 11921: Provides that the President can declare a state of emergency that is not defined, and Congress cannot review the action for six months.

* Executive Order 12919: Directs various Cabinet officials to be constantly ready to take over virtually all aspects of the US economy during a State of National Emergency at the direction of the president.

* Executive Order 13010: Directs FEMA to take control over all government agencies in time of emergency. FEMA is under control of executive branch of the government.

* Executive Order 12656: “ASSIGNMENT OF EMERGENCY PREPAREDNESS RESPONSIBILITIES”, “A national emergency is any occurrence, including natural disaster, military attack, technological emergency, or other emergency that seriously degrades or seriously threatens the national security of the United States. Policy for national security emergency preparedness shall be established by the President.” This order includes federal takeover of all local law enforcement agencies, wage and price controls, prohibits you from moving assets in or out of the United States, creates a draft, controls all travel in and out of the United States, and much more.

The list goes on: Bush’s Mein Kampf: The Patriot Act – Guilty without the right to prove innocence; Torture; SEC’s global dominance through SOX and the following:

Army Regulation 210 – 35 Civilian Inmate Labor Program: Confirming the government and the Army’s plans for U.S. based Concentration Camps:

Military Commissions Act The enactment of concentration camps in the U.S. and the ability of the President to throw whoever he wants in the camps without question. This act is one of the most extraordinarily outrageous attempts to pass unconstitutional law and is the greatest assault on the U.S. Constitution imaginable. All involved in the commission of this unlawful act have committed high treason against the U.S.A. and should immediately be prosecuted.

Elimination of Posse Commitatus Act: In early 2006 Congress passed bill H.R.5122 granting the President the right to commandeer Federal and State National Guard Troops for use against citizens. The bill is entitled the John Warner Defense Appropriation Act for Fiscal Year 2007. Section 1076 of H.R. 5122.ENR allows the President to:

“…employ the armed forces, including the National Guard in Federal service, to… restore public order and enforce the laws of the United States when, as a result of a natural disaster, epidemic, or other serious public health emergency, terrorist attack or incident, or other condition in any State or possession of the United States…, where the President determines that,…domestic violence has occurred to such an extent that the constituted authorities of the State or possession are incapable of maintaining public order; suppress, in a State, any insurrection, domestic violence, unlawful combination, or conspiracy…” This act nullifies the Posse Comitatus Act and the Insurrection Act (10 U.S.C. 331-335) and gives the President the legal ability to declare Martial Law under any condition he so chooses.”"

From there the writer went into what to do about such appalling and illegal behavior. You find amazing things via the Internet.

“What to do when the State Turns Into An Enemy Combatant:

1. Early Warning – Learn to identify potential False Flag Ops.
2. Publish and announce any potential False Flag. This makes it impossible for the criminals to carry out the False Flag as pre-announcement destroys the surprise and will result in what is called “blow back”.
3. Secure Yourself & Your Family
4. Know your neighbors & friends – discuss multiple emergency plans with them.
5. Setup Neighborhood Watch & Appoint a Peace Officer
6. Identify and plan escape routes and plans. However, be cautions, history has shown neighbors often hand victims over to the state.
7. Video Tape & Record all actions by ‘authorities’
8. Publish & Post reports on civil rights violations
9. Monitor Police Channels, News and Internet.
10. Avoid the ‘authorities’ if you can.
11. Carefully Identify and photograph any person claiming ‘martial law authority’. Key to accountability is identity government officials committing crimes need to know that the public will personally come after them en-mass. As for their card, badge number, oath of office and bond, get them to sign affirmation that they are under oath and bond. Turn the tide of questions and accountability onto them. Ask questions.
12. Secure your Arms. The 2nd Amendment is explicit, you have a right to bare arms and the government does not have any right to take them. Recognize a corrupt government fears armed citizens – that is the purpose of the 2nd. If necessary hide your arms to avoid confiscation.
13. Be slow to shoot. If you have to shoot, shoot accurately and ensure you have an escape rout so that you can shoot another day.
14. Maintain sufficient emergency food supplies
15. Protect Patriotic Leaders and hide them if necessary. Developing code words and communication is often necessary.
16. Arrest ‘authorities’ committing crimes in your neighborhood (careful coordination necessary – videotape if you can’t arrest)
17. Setup Common Law Courts and Grand Juries to indict and prosecute through quo warranto government officials who break the law.

What when your friends and patriots are arrested?

1. Identify where they have been taken
2. Immediately personally contact the personnel at the jail where they are held. In the event of the Concentration Camps being activated across the U.S. the staff working at the Concentration Camps must be personally identified along with their families. Contact their family members and ask for their help. When these criminals know that people are contacting their family members they tend to back off. One of the most effective ways to get people released is to focus on the local officers. Their authorities are the ones who order the false arrests and are unlikely to cooperate with any release.
3. Setup vigils of protesters with bullhorns and signs outside the jails and concentration camps.”

And that is what you can find when you look. Obviously, the writer’s tin hat is of long duration and he or she has put a lot of thought into really horrific scenarios.

Let’s hope that nothing happens in the coming weeks. We have a lot to do anyway, just to survive and rebuild our communities. Instead of endless horror let’s hope that America’s military comes home from every place; let’s help them heal themselves. Let us begin to rebuild America, coming together past the divisions of right and left to find each other. Let’s hope for peace; let that begin now in each of us.
