Socially Engineering The Public For Martial Law

Posted by kandylini on June 19, 2008

The terrorists in the federal government are continuing their push to have a fully functioning martial law apparatus. The city of Denver was recently invaded by a large number of military helicopters without any sort of warning given to the general public. It was originally speculated that this training exercise had something to do with the upcoming Democratic National Convention, but a spokesman with Special Operations said that it wasn’t related and that the exercises would last all week. It is interesting that this spokesman said it had nothing to do with the upcoming DNC. If that’s the case, than what is the real purpose of this exercise? They are selling this exercise as an anti-terror drill, but in reality it has nothing to do with stopping terrorism. The terror war has been proven to be a fraud time and time again so it certainly isn’t about fighting the terrorists. As painful as it is to say, the true purpose of the federal government flying military helicopters around Denver without any sort of notification to the public is part of a plan to socially engineer people to the reality of a militarized police state.

The Denver Daily News reported on this situation and asked why the public wasn’t informed in advance that these military helicopters would be flying around. The article is largely a white wash of the situation, but it is incredible how the local government spins this military exercise as something that will actually benefit the local community. Below is a statement from the local government on this urban warfare exercise.

“The federal agencies sponsoring the ongoing multi-agency training in Denver agreed to make the proper notifications regarding the exercises to prevent surprise and inconvenience to Denver residents. There seems to have been a misunderstanding about the reach and scope of these notifications, and they did not occur in the manner expected by the city.

“Although these exercises are in no way connected to the upcoming Democratic National Convention, Denver officials were well aware that there would be heightened sensitivity to an exercise such as this because of its proximity to the convention..

“Denver recognizes that these are our federal partners, and we are fortunate that they have chosen Denver for their training exercises. Should there ever be an emergency here that would require federal assistance, they will be familiar with our city and how best to navigate it.”

So according to the local government it is good for the federal government to come in without any announcement to the public and conduct week long training exercises with military helicopters flying around. Needless to say, these types of exercises are not good because the terror war is a fraud and there’s no reason to have military helicopters flying around in a heavily populated area under the guise of this false war.

Unfortunately, what is happening in Denver is just part and parcel to other martial law oriented exercises that we’ve seen in recent weeks and months. Just recently, U.S. Marines invaded Indianapolis to conduct martial law training, we have unlawful police checkpoints being setup in Iowa under the guise of protecting people from the flooding, there was also a FEMA camp exercise in Iowa prior to the flooding and finally we have additional reports of black helicopters in Florida. There is no question that these training exercises are simply meant to desensitize the American people to this draconian police state.

It is funny that the stooges in the mainstream press paint anyone who talks about black helicopters as a tinfoil hat wearing nut when there are now mainstream news reports of black helicopters flying around in Denver and in Florida. Mainstream news organizations are not in the business of reporting news, but instead are in the business of ensuring the status quo remains the status quo. Martial law exercises are bad enough, but unannounced martial law exercises are even worse. These types of drills that we are seeing in Denver is yet more proof that the federal government is nothing more than a fascist crime syndicate that wants to enslave the American people.

Mark Dice: Michael Reagan files copyright claim in attempt to get death threat removed

Posted by kandylini on June 19, 2008

When you go to YouTube to listen to the original video with the audio clip, it says, “This video is no longer available due to a copyright claim by The Reagan Group/Radio America.” However, you can see and hear for yourself here:

Talk show host Michael Reagan files copyright infringement claim to prevent audio clip of him calling for the murder of anti-war activist from circulating the Internet

(San Diego, CA) Last week, radio talk show host Michael Reagan called for his listeners to track down and murder anti-war activist, Mark Dice. After Dice downloaded the show’s free podcast and posted the 3 minute and 21 second clip on YouTube, Reagan filed a copyright infringement claim to remove the clip in an attempt to prevent it from circulating.

Friday June 13th Dice received a call from Reagan’s producer demanding the clip be removed, claiming they hold the copyright, and Dice explained that it falls under fair use laws, and the clip is evidence of a crime.

The clip was available at the following URL, until Wednesday June 18th at 3:43pm Pacific Time. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WdJO-kUINMs Reagan also removed the entire hour of his show from his podcast directory so others can’t download that part of his show and hear his statements. Hour number two of the June 10th show is now missing from the directory, located at http://www.radioamerica.org/POD_mrp.htm

Audio clips of Reagan’s statements may still be available on other YouTube accounts if someone searches for it. Dice has a copy of the podcast, and will make it available to reporters upon request.

Reagan’s statements were made after he heard that Dice and others were sending letters and DVDs to troops stationed in Iraq which support the idea that U.S. officials allowed the 9/11 attacks to happen on purpose and aided in their execution for political leverage. According to a 2006 Scripts Howard News Service poll, 36% of Americans believe this.

Transcript of Reagan’s statements:

“Excuse me folks, I’m going to say this. We ought to find the people who are doing this, take them out and shoot them. Really. You take them out, they are traitors to this country, and shoot them. You have a problem with that? Deal with it. You shoot them. You call them traitors, that’s what they are, and you shoot them dead. I’ll pay for the bullets.

Reagan continued, “How about you take Mark Dice out and put him in the middle of a firing range. Tie him to a post, don’t blindfold him, let it rip and have some fun with Mark Dice.

The statements were made June 10th and came to Dice’s attention a few days later. Dice immediately filed a report with the FBI, the FCC, and is considering legal action against Reagan.

He is demanding that Reagan be fired immediately. “Calling for the murder of someone because you disagree with their political stance is absolutely unacceptable, un-American, and illegal, says Dice.

Radio America, which syndicates Reagan’s show, told Dice that no disciplinary action will be taken.

Reagan called Dice and apologized but Dice says, “The Pandora’s box that Reagan has opened can never be closed. The ramifications of his threats and suggestions are enormous and frightening. In an age where a few clicks of a keyboard can result in anyone’s home address being found, his comments open the door for stalking, vandalism, and worse.

“What kind of a country have we become when a radio host with millions of listeners can call for the murder of someone, and not lose their job? Dice asks. “He didn’t say that he hoped I am killed, or that he thought I should be killed, he specifically said I should be found and shot, and that he would pay for the bullets. This is a violation of California’s penal code 422.

Dice’s entire YouTube account, over 60 of his videos have been deleted. His channel was www.YouTube.com/TheResistance and had thousands of subscribers and his videos had been viewed over a million times.

Dice is the author of a book titled, The Resistance Manifesto, which details how people involved in secret societies hold tremendous power in American politics. He has been featured in major media outlets around the world for various issues ranging from political activism to boycotts and pop culture criticism.

Bye bye Budweiser?

Posted by kandylini on June 19, 2008

Budweiser: “The Great American Lager,” or possibly soon to be the former Great American Lager. If the Belgian company, InBev, has its way, Anheuser-Busch will become the latest foreign acquisition.

InBev has recently offered Anheuser-Busch $46 billion to acquire our proud company. If this happens future profits, technology and jobs will reside within Belgium. As the past has demonstrated, once we lose a company to foreign acquisitions domestic firms lose the ability to compete in the American market, our ability to produce is destroyed, and our dependence on imports increased.

This iconic firm must not change ownership, but must remain ours for its heritage and symbolism of an American legacy of greatness. Nothing less than the competitiveness of the American economy is at stake.

Source Yumsugar:

There is no other beer as quintessentially American as Budweiser. With its red, white, and blue label, the beer is known around the world as the American brew. But, how would you feel if the “great American lager” was no longer owned by an American company?

Big time Belgian brewer InBev, which makes Stella, Becks, and many other brews, has offered to buy Anheuser-Busch’s beer. Both Americans and Belgians are outraged by the possible takeover. Americans — who are putting up a fight at savebudweiser.com — don’t want to lose the national symbol, and the Belgians don’t want to be associated with it.

POLITICAL PARTIES WHORE THEMSELVES TO CORPORATE JOHNS AT PARTY CONVENTIONS

Posted by kandylini on June 19, 2008

The War Party at its best. Isn’t this a great country?

Source: AVNI PATEL, ABC News.

More than 100 corporate donors will enjoy VIP privileges and access at this year’s Democratic and Republican conventions, according to a report released today from the Campaign Finance Institute.

The CFI, a non-partisan watchdog group, has identified 106 host committee donors representing a wide range of industries, including insurance, finance, energy, telecommunications, and pharmaceuticals. Since 2005, the companies have collectively contributed nearly $100 million to federal campaigns and political parties through their political action committees and employees, and spent $700 million on Washington lobbying, according to the report.

This year, the companies are drawing from their corporate coffers to contribute as much as $112 million total in cash and in-kind donations to put on this year’s party conventions in Denver and Minneapolis-St. Paul. As convention host committee sponsors, they will be treated to access to politicians, preferred bookings at hotels, luxury seating at convention sessions, and special invitations to private events, as previously reported on The Blotter. Their donations are tax-deductible, unlike campaign contributions.

“The host committees have now become big partisan ATM machines for the party,” said Steve Weissman, the author of the report.

“These people who are contributing are national corporations, some of them based in the home state, and at least as many based elsewhere across the country, and they have a lot of political goals,” said Weissman.

Weissman says that host committees’ fundraising efforts, which are led by partisan officials and operatives, exploit a loophole in campaign finance laws that allows the committees to collect unlimited “soft money” contributions, when the parties themselves cannot.

“There is a thin veneer here that has been created of myths that the host committee is non-partisan, and that companies are really not seeking political favor when in effect neither is true,” said Weissman.

The Minneapolis-St. Paul Host committee has defended its fundraising stating “there is a rigorous compliance program in place to assure all host Committee activities comply with the spirit and letter of applicable fundraising, tax and campaign finance laws.”

The Denver host committee did not have a response to the Institute’s findings.

At least 25 companies have signed on as sponsors to both conventions. Exactly how much each has contributed to date is unknown, but the host committees’ sponsorship packets encourage donors to contribute as much as $1 – $5 million to become top-level sponsors.

The full list of donors and the exact amount of their contributions will not be disclosed until weeks after the conventions.

SILVER, GOLD AND THE IRS

Posted by kandylini on June 19, 2008

BTW, check out CoinInflation.com to see how much old “junk” silver pre-1965 coins are worth now. It pays to check your change for these valuable old coins.

Source: Derry Brownfield, NewsWithViews.

I began a recent presentation before a large group of cattle producers (R-CALFUSA) by showing a paper dollar bill and a silver coin. The words “one dollar” is inscribed on both the coin and the paper, yet the paper dollar will only pay for about one quart of gasoline at today’s prices, while the silver dollar will pay for well over five gallons. I explained to my audience that consumer prices are not high – the paper dollar has lost most of its value. It makes no difference how high the price of gasoline goes, a silver dollar will continue to buy gas for 20 cents a gallon, exactly the price gas was during the Great Depression. Based on 1940 prices, a paper dollar is worth about two pennies.

Today in America, we are being systematically robbed of our property because we have allowed the Federal Reserve to flood our banks with fiat, worthless paper money. There is actually a law against paper money but nobody seems to know about it. The Supreme law of the land is the US Constitution, which stated in Article I Section 10: Individual states are “not allowed to make any things but gold and silver coin a tender in payment of debts.” The Constitution also states that “Congress has the power to COIN money and regulate the value thereof.” Our Founding Fathers knew how a central bank printing paper money would collapse our economy. Had we followed the US Constitution to the full letter of the law, gasoline would still be 20 cents a gallon. As the dollar continues to lose value we say our currency has lost its purchasing power. It should be more properly referred to as embezzlement by the banking industry.

Robert Kahre owns a family business and instead of using paper money he paid his workers with gold and silver coins minted by the United States government. He paid them based on the “face value” of the coins. If he paid a worker a dollar an hour he paid with a silver dollar, which states on the coin that it is “one dollar” regardless of today’s value. His wages were so low that he didn’t have to file W-2 income tax forms or withhold taxes or pay workman’s comp. This upset the IRS, which charged him and his family with 161 federal tax crimes.

The case which was tried before a Las Vegas jury in a Federal Court, heard testimony for almost four months. Defendants believed they had no legal obligation to withhold, pay income taxes or report anything to the government because the “face value” of the gold and silver coins is so small as to fall beneath the reporting thresholds set by the Internal Revenue Code. The government argued that the payments in gold and silver US coins must be considered at their bullion, full-market value when considering the worth of the wages for purposes of the IRS code. The essence of the argument is that Congress is obligated by law to mint and circulate such coins as demand requires, and must establish the value of coins as they are used as legal tender, but a coin’s market value is a distinct, separate attribute of such coins and is of no legal consequence if the coins are used as legal tender. If a worker is paid with such coins, his taxable income can only be the face value indicated on the coin. “A coin dollar is worth no more for the purposes of tender in payment of an ordinary debt than a note dollar. The law has not made the note a standard of value anymore than coin. It is true that in the market, as an article of merchandise, one is of greater value than the other; but as money, as a medium of exchange, the law knows no difference between them.

On September 17, the jury returned its verdict refusing to convict all nine defendants of any of the 161 federal tax crimes they had been charged with. One would think, “we the tax payers would want to hear that the IRS was defeated by the use of the true money.” To my knowledge, the results of this trial were never printed or broadcast by any of the major news media. Three days after the trial’s conclusion, the Las Vegas Review Journal ran its first and last story about the outcome and then only because of public pressure from interested parties who attended the trial.

The Department of Justice prosecutors know that justice was done and that if this information was made available to the general public their house of cards would come tumbling down. All federal agencies have a great fear of the truth and only by controlling the news media can they keep the world from caving in on their heads.

Never too late to impeach – It’s the Law

Posted by kandylini on June 19, 2008

Comment from Signs Of the Times with a link to an article about the Protect America and Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Acts. Perhaps the Democrats’ passiveness stems from Bush using the acts to secretly spy on and blackmail them? It makes sense:

One wonders at this impeccable record of failure by the Dems, considering the numerical majority they hold in Congress. The Constitution is remarkable clear about the course of action Congress is to pursue regarding the Bush Reich, yet they have sidestepped it at every turn. It is as if there is a collective stranglehold on them.

Source: Stephen Dick, The Herald Bulletin.

“The president, vice president and all civil officers of the United States shall be removed from office on impeachment for, and conviction of, treason, bribery or other high crimes and misdemeanors.” – Article II, Section 4, U.S. Constitution

There’s really no equivocation in this simple statement. It doesn’t say impeachment will be considered, but it “shall be.”

Articles of impeachment are drawn up in the House of Representatives, which, if approved, move over to the Senate for trial.

In the face of the most lawless administration in U.S. history, what are we to make of a House that refuses its duty to impeach? Just a decade ago, fire-breathing Republicans impeached Bill Clinton for lying under oath about an affair. Now, manipulating intelligence to go to war and illegal surveillance of U.S. citizens rate not even the lift of an eyebrow in the House. Maybe that’s because the House is complicit in those crimes.

With only seven months to go in this rogue administration, Rep. Dennis Kucinich, D-Ohio, spent four hours on the House floor last week reading 35 articles of impeachment against George W. Bush. Kucinich, whose presidential aspirations went nowhere, was nothing if not exhaustive.

The articles begin with a secret propaganda campaign to manufacturing a false case for war with Iraq to endangering the health of 9/11 responders. In between, there are accusations of conspiracy to violate voter rights, Katrina failure, secret laws and failing to comply with congressional subpoenas. Each article is detailed with evidence, and each article is grounds for impeachment.

Kucinich read his articles on June 10. The next day, I received a call from a reader baffled why there was nothing in the paper about it. The wire services barely bothered with it. The media considers it a nonissue and so does the House.

According to a short Associated Press story on June 11 (one that concerned itself more with Kucinich than his charges), the House voted to move the articles to a committee, “a procedure often used to kill legislation.”

Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi was clear when the Democrats regained the House in 2006 that there would be no talk of impeachment. Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, sniveling behind Pelosi’s skirt, uttered his agreement.

The reasoning was that the Democrats had better things to do than waste time on the partisan battle of impeachment. They had to right the wrongs of Bush.

A year and a half later, what have the Democrats done? Absolutely nothing. They’ve caved in repeatedly to all of Bush’s demands. As Reid recently told Rolling Stone, there’s nothing the Democrats can do until a Democratic president is elected. How utterly pathetic is that?

Kucinich and Rep. John Conyers, D-Michigan, filed impeachment articles against Vice President Dick Cheney last November. Republicans then, as the AP wrote, saw “a chance to force Democrats into an embarrassing debate (and) voted to bring up the resolution.” The Democrats scuttled the bill, but what would’ve been embarrassing about it?

Democrats had the law on their side, which used to trump politics. Using the law to expose the criminality of government officials is not partisan. It’s the House’s duty.

I’m glad Kucinich got the articles into the congressional record. At least someone had the chutzpah to do so despite the spineless Democratic leadership, which will continue its abysmal appeasement of an administration out of control.

Just last week, Bush, speaking in Europe, upped the bellicose rhetoric about how terrible Iran is. Even the mainstream media was speculating that Bush will invade Iran before his watch is up to tie the hands of a (possibly) more peaceful successor.

What will the Democratic-led Congress do if Bush decides to invade? Will Democrats, as Reid suggested, roll over and give Bush what he wants while they await their savior? It would be ironic if Reid and the other cowards found themselves dealing with yet another war as a Democratic president came to office. Would the Democrats, as Reid insists, get what they want then, or would they still be dealing with Bush as he returns to his slacker ways in Crawford?
